Hey there! We’re Cully and Krista.

We know firsthand how stressful it can be to find a place that truly works—especially when you need more than just a roof over your head. We’ve been in the in-between. The waiting period. The “this will be temporary… right?” season of life.

That experience is exactly what led us here.

We created our homes with the intention of offering something better: thoughtfully designed, fully furnished spaces that feel calm, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Places where you don’t feel rushed. Places where you can actually exhale.

We’re not interested in quick flips or short stays that feel disposable. Every home on our property is cared for, lived in, and curated with long-term comfort in mind—because we believe where you stay matters.

Whether you’re relocating, navigating a transition, traveling for work, or simply need a place that feels like home for a while, we’re here to make the experience simple, supportive, and stress-free.

Yes. You will have the entire home to yourself, including your own private entrance, private yard space, and dedicated parking.
This property includes multiple detached homes that are independently occupied. Each home is fully self-contained and designed to provide privacy for all guests.

The homes are located near D 1/2 and 31 Road in Grand Junction.

The minimum stay is 30 days. We are flexible to your needs and generally offer lease terms from 30 days up to 12 months, depending on your needs.

Each home is priced individually based on the space and amenities it offers.

Generally, our homes accommodate anywhere from 2 to 8 guests, depending on the property.

We welcome well-behaved dogs. While we do not have a strict quantity or weight limit, each stay is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


We love dogs of all breeds; however, due to insurance restrictions, some breeds may not be permitted.


A refundable pet deposit is required prior to move-in.


Other small pets (such as rabbits, lizards, or chickens) may be approved on a case-by-case basis.


Cats are not permitted at this time.

Deposit requirements vary depending on the home and booking details.

In most cases, a fully refundable damage deposit is required and typically ranges from $1,000–$1,500, excluding normal wear and tear.

In certain situations, alternative arrangements may be available in place of a traditional damage deposit. Our priority is simply that the home is well cared for and returned in the condition it was received.

For guests traveling with pets, a refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet is required.

At The Snoring Bulldog, we prioritize your comfort and convenience. The fully furnished home comes with all the kitchen cookware, dishes, and starter cleaning supplies, including amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels. Our all-inclusive monthly rent covers lawn maintenance, utilities such as electric, gas, water, sewer and trash, high-speed internet, pest control, pet waste clean up and seasonal maintenance.

Each home includes designated outdoor parking reserved for guests.

Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. No smoking of any kind (ie: cigarette, vaping, etc..) is allowed in the homes.
